Manufacturing Engineer needed for a new, fast paced, machining facility located near Katy, Texas. Plant employs 70 people. Forgings up to 60,000 pounds are machined to customer requirements. Metal removal rates are very high in this facility.

Must meet the following requirements:
* Previous experience with Manufacturing Engineering functions
* Experience with machining operations and tool design
* Experience with job planning and routings
* Experience with setting time standards
* Able to do time estimating
* AutoCad experience a plus
* Understand time study

Forge USA, an open-die forging facility located in Houston within the 610 Loop between I-10 and Hwy 290, has immediate openings in its Heat Treat department for dependable, hard-working individuals. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have prior heat treating experience with the ability to work well with others in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience with material handling equipment (fork truck, overhead crane) and heat treating processes strongly encouraged.
