Forge USA is ISO certified and on the approved vendor list of most every major oilfield equipment manufacturer with offices in the western hemisphere, providing the four basic processes involved in producing forgings: forging, heat treating, rough machining and testing.

We operate a 2,000-ton open-die forging press and a 20-metric ton rail-bound manipulator, as well as a 14K open-die forging hammer. Ultimately, Forge USA can provide finished parts up to 55,000 pounds, and can heat treat parts up to 30 feet in length.

Forge USA’s range of capabilities includes blocks, cylinders, tubes, long linear parts, shafts, discs, bars, large mandrel rings, spacer spools and custom shaped forgings where the capability of the press can be utilized to produce a variety of items with complex shapes.
